Mr. Rajesh D. Tiwari, the founder and chairperson of ALS Integrated Services Private Limited, is a first-generation entrepreneur and visionary leader. With decades of experience in the facility management and staffing sectors, he established the company in 1994 with the vision of connecting job seekers with meaningful opportunities.
Starting as a sole proprietorship with just 20 employees and a single housekeeping contract, he has since grown ALS into a leading organization that employs over 5,000 people across India. With more than 30 years of expertise in manpower supply, facility management, and contract staffing, he has been instrumental in building ALS's reputation for trust, performance, and compliance.
Leadership and Philanthropy
Mr. Tiwari is a hard-working, energetic, and multifaceted individual with a natural talent for networking and a strong expertise in crisis management. Under his leadership, the company has emerged as a prominent player in facility management solutions, expanding its presence nationwide. ALS has earned multiple vendor excellence awards and forged strong relationships with both corporate and government sectors. Beyond business, Mr. Tiwari is deeply committed to philanthropy. Through the Radha Damodar Educational & Social Development Trust, he actively supports various social initiatives, including skill development, rural employment, education, and health camps. He also contributes to state and central government advisory bodies. In March 2020, the Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India, nominated him as a member of the Regional Board (Madhya Pradesh) of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation.
