Apprenticeship Programs under NAPS & NATS

As part of India’s National Apprenticeship Programmes, we deploy candidates as apprentices under the central government’s NAPS & NATS scheme with our clients. National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) is a scheme of the Government of India to promote apprenticeship.  Apprenticeship Training consists of Basic  Training and On-the-Job Training/Practical  Training at the workplace in the industry. It is mandated by law that any  establishment having more than 30 employees, should engage 2.5 to 15% apprentices of their total manpower, under the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 as part of the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 (amended  in 2014). We handle apprentice sourcing, Registration,documentation and benefits on the behalf of clients supporting both CSR goals and workforce readiness.
